Karin Ridgers is the founder of MAD Promotions, an award winning boutique PR agency she launched over 20 years ago to champion vegan and ethical businesses. Throughout her career, she has worked with a vast number of compassionate brands gain exciting media exposure and increase their visibility across the UK and beyond.
She is also the founder and director of www.VeggieVision.TV , an innovative online platform that serves as a hub for vegan businesses to share their news and connect with a wider audience. The site features a free vegan cookery book, celebrity interviews, and lifestyle content—designed to make vegan living fun, accessible, and inspiring.
As a seasoned presenter, Karin is a well-known face at VegfestUK, the UK’s longest-running vegan festival. She regularly hosts main stage talks, expert panels, and celebrity interviews, bringing energy and insight to the event’s vibrant community.
Most recently, Karin co-founded the Vegan Women’s Club alongside her friend Victoria Featherstone Pearce. The club offers engaging meet-ups and networking opportunities for like-minded vegan women, creating a supportive space for connection and empowerment.
