There are 82 stalls available at the Plant Based Food Fest London, including 3m x2m corner and open 1 side options, 3m x 3m caterers stalls and 2m x 2m open 1 side options. Stalls are space only with table provided.

Open hours are 10am – 6pm with the day split into two sessions – 10am – 2pm and 2pm to 6pm. Entrance is free with advance ticket to ensure control over numbers. 2,500 attendees are expected over the 2 sessions.

Set up is from 7am Saturday

All stalls must be suitable for vegans, and we welcome food, bodycare, clothing, accessories, crafts, artwork, information, books, campaigns, sanctuaries, community interest companies and charities. We have charity rates in place for charities, CIC’s, sanctuaries and not for profit organisations
